Aijiren’s popular product, Headspace Vial, has two types: Screw Neck and Crimp Neck. The worker in the picture is packing the headspace Vial after it has been produced. After labeling the product, an outer packaging is required. This is multi-layered packaging. It can absorb shock to prevent Headspace Vial from being damaged due to bumps during transportation.

Aijiren headspace vials have clear or amber glass, round or flat bases, crimp seals with beveled or square edges, or screw seals. Headspace vials, septa and caps can be purchased separately or together as a convenience kit to meet the needs of your laboratory.

The optional capacity of the headspace bottle is 10ml 20ml, the specifications are: 22.5 * 46mm, 22.5 * 75.5mm, and colorless and brown headspace vials are provided. The 20ml GC analysis headspace sample bottle series strictly control the HPLC sample bottle mouth to improve the sealing performance. The precise molding bottleneck improves the processing capacity of the autosampler.

The 20ml screw threaded headspace vial is used for the threaded vial (10ml + 20ml) and magnetic screw cap of CTC and TriPlus autosampler. It is easy to use and does not require any other tools. Samples can be transferred on site, without the need to transfer samples in the laboratory. The precise thread ensures the air tightness between the vial and the cap. Magnetic nut can be widely used in various SPME and headspace analysis. The round bottom vial is stronger, has higher pressure resistance when heating the sample vial, and is easier to slide into the heating hole.

All sample vials are type 1 borosilicate glass, and the range is wide enough to cover all major manufacturers’ instruments, including Shimadzu, Aijiren, PE, CTC and Tekmar headspace instruments.
