Cap is manufactured in the most advanced molding equipment using high-purity pure polypropylene. PP complies with US FDA 21 CFR material. Used to store PCR reagents, enzymes and other diagnostic reagents, as well as biochemical reagents or samples. The HDPE screw cover is leak-proof. Can be used at low temperatures. Amber Storagr vials can be used for light-sensitive samples.

Polypropylene screw cap with septum-The polypropylene screw cap with septum provides an anti-evaporation seal. The double layer includes silicone and PTFE. The silicone septum can be injected multiple times. Screw caps lined with PTFE are used for organic samples. The screw cap provides an inert, air-tight seal and can be directly pierced through the sample with a syringe needle.

Hole Caps are available in phenolic or polypropylene. Phenolic hole caps are provided without a septa. Polypropylene hole caps are available preassembled with separate septa or without septa. We also feature polypropylene hole closures with bonded septa to provide assurance that the septa will not slip away from the cap while injecting.

The Screw Caps that are inlcuded with this kit are knurled on the sides for excellent gripping and comfort when applyting to the vial. The silicone rubber / PTFE septa used were designed to provide the right amount of resistance to autosampler needles during the injection process so that they penetrate the vial properly without damaging the septa or the injection needle. Too much or too little resistance to the needles can damage the septa, compromise resealing, cause needle blockage from coring of the septa material and even damage your autosampler. These septa perform even when using a wide range of needles: fine, blunt or even dull. Low sample or solvent evaporation performance even after multiple injections have been observed when using aijiren caps.

Caps for screw thread vials are available with either an open hole for autosampler use and standard addition or with a solid top for sample storage. One piece polypropylene cap and membrane are also available. These pierceable screw thread caps are designed for one time use and reduce sample preparation time as there is no cap and seal to assemble.

Screw Cap Vials are universal. Screwing the cap applies a mechanical force that squeezes the septum between the glass rim and the cap. Screw caps form an excellent seal and mechanically hold the septum in place during piercing. No tools are required for assembly.

These polypropylene caps have excellent sealing characteristics and offer good chemical resistance including acids, alcohols, alkalis, aqueous products, cosmetics, and household oils. Polypropylene Hole Caps are known for good impact strength, cost effectiveness, and pliability. Septa sold separately.

Aijiren’s screw PP cover for sample storage vial is made of high-quality polypropylene. The color is usually black and white. You can choose whether to have a cap with a center hole. A cap with a center hole will make it easier for the syringe to be in the vial. Inject the sample or withdraw the sample.

The screw caps produced by Aijiren can have an opening for the autosampler and standard additions, or they can have a solid top for storing samples. A polypropylene cap and film are also available. These pierceable screw caps are designed for one-time use, and because there are no caps and seals to assemble, the sample preparation time is reduced.
