Headspace vials are a kind of laboratory vials for top space analysis, with the features of high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The material of Headspace Vials is low extractable Borosilicate glass with low expansion rate, high-temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high light transmittance and high chemical stability.

Headspace vials can withstand the higher temperatures and internal pressures required for volatile gas analysis. With very low metal content, extractables and leachables, top headspace vials meet high standards to meet your regulatory requirements.

Aijiren’s popular product, Headspace Vial, has two types: Screw Neck and Crimp Neck. The worker in the picture is packing the headspace Vial after it has been produced. After labeling the product, an outer packaging is required. This is multi-layered packaging. It can absorb shock to prevent Headspace Vial from being damaged due to bumps during transportation.

10ml Crimp Top Headspace Vial has a very good seal and can be used for volatile samples, but it needs to be used with 20mm Hand Crimper to seal the vials, and when opening the lid, it needs to be sealed with 20mm Hand Decrimper.
