The Crimpe Top headspace vials produced by Aijiren are usually made of Aluminum. A special model is SBC201202, which uses double-sided Septa made of PTFE/Silicone and Crimp Top blue Magnetic Aluminum Cap with 8mm center hole.

Equipped with Silicone/PTFE Septa, and can also be used with slit septa. Usually the available cap color is silver, but other special colors can also be produced accordingly. There is a 9.5mm center hole in the center of the cap for automatic sample injection.

Metal caps offer the widest range of temperature tolerances and are very resistant to fracture from impact. Metal caps are great for gas chromatography applications. A metal closure is manufactured from either steel (coated with anti-corrosive coating of either chromeplate or tinplate) or aluminum.

This kind of septa is not easy to deform, break, and fall off, and it can also ensure the tightness of the vial.

The aluminum caps produced by Aijiren are all high-quality, and it is easy to wrap the Vial caliber to form a sealed space under the hand crimper. The 5.5mm center hole also ensures easy sampling of the autosampler.

It is wider than the ordinary Cap, and the Aluminum Cap has good sealing performance. The 5.5mm Center Hole is also convenient for the automatic injection needle in and out. It works very well with Hand Crimper.

Crimp closures N11 are also universally suitable with regard to autosampler compatibility, however, they are not as safe and convenient in their closing technique as the screw closures N 9 (9mm) 2ml vials and closures.
