Aijiren has produced 24mm Screw Neck Closures for more than 20 years. From Cap processing to Septa production, all are produced by fully automated machinery. Aijiren promises to use dust-free workshops to produce Screw Closures to ensure the cleanliness and high quality of the products.

The worker of Aijiren shown in the picture is inserting a 22mm Silicone/PTFE Septa into a 24mm Screw neck Cap. The worker wears finger cots and holds a tool to press harder to consolidate the tightness of the Cap and Septa. Since Aijiren’s automated merging of Cap and Septa machines is only suitable for the closure of 2ml autosampler vial, this large-volume closure requires manual combination by workers. Aijiren uses a dust-free workshop for production and packaging, so customers can be completely assured of hygiene issues.

The screw cap vial is easy to handle. Tightening the lid with your hand and a mechanical arm will exert mechanical force, which will squeeze the septum between the glass vial and the lid. The screw cap forms an excellent seal and mechanically fixes the septum in place during the piercing process. No tools are required for assembly.

Caps for screw thread vials are available with either an open hole for autosampler use and standard addition or with a solid top for sample storage. One piece polypropylene cap and membrane are also available. These pierceable screw thread caps are designed for one time use and reduce sample preparation time as there is no cap and seal to assemble.

The cap is provided with a built-in seal ring which makes the vial leakproof. The base of the vial has longitudinal grooves which gives it a non-twisting character when placed in a vial rack.
