20mm Crimp Top Aluminum Caps

The 20mm Caps with Septa are specifically designed for secure sealing and precise analysis of headspace samples in laboratory settings. These caps have a 20mm diameter, ensuring a tight and reliable fit on crimp headspace vials. The septa, made of high-quality materials, provide excellent sample integrity by preventing contamination and evaporation during storage and analysis.

Teflon and silicone rubber or ultra-pure silicone are used as raw materials to ensure that the septa are non-toxic; to ensure excellent functions, it is particularly suitable for gas chromatography, and to ensure that the septum does not fall into the sample vial during the injection process;

20mm Crimp Caps squeeze the septum between the rim of the glass vial and the crimped aluminum cap. This forms an excellent seal preventing evaporation. The crimp cap vial requires crimping tools to carry out the sealing process.
