Headspace vials are a kind of laboratory vials for headspace analysis, with the features of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
A headspace vial is used in the process of top gas chromatography. When detecting volatile or semi-volatile mixtures with high boiling points, we need to heat them to evaporate them at the top. Since the liquid samples are at the bottom, the material in the top gas can be measured without touching the liquid in the sample vial.

Our storage vials, also known as step vials or dram vials offer a great solution for storing solvents for extended periods of time. Our screw thread vials offer enough threads per inch to eliminate evaporaton with a solid top or lined cap.

It is equipped with a polypropylene cap with an open top and a PTFE/silicone low-leakage gasket bonded to the cap. The level 1 vials have been assembled and quality checked before leaving the factory.
