The 20mm Crimp Top Caps produced by Aijiren have a diameter of 20mm and a center hole with a diameter of 9.5mm. The color is the silver color of aluminum itself, which is very modern and beautiful. The matched septa are all 20*3mm, and the double-sided synthetic septa ensures the sealing.

Headspace vials have different capacity specifications, including 6ml, 10ml, 20ml, etc. Use a standard sample vial to ensure sufficient headspace. Usually, the reserved volume should be at least 50% of the sample volume.

A solid disk of PTFE offers superior chemical inertness against the most aggressive solvents. The thin membrane allows for easy penetration by most needles. PTFE septa are not resealable. They should be used with relatively short cycle times or single injection methods.

PTFE-fused septa are suitable to overcome the degradation, which happens due to prolonged high temperatures, commonly observed in silicone rubber septa. The degradation results in baseline drift and additional peaks. It is generally fixed with the PTFE face towards the column packing.
