Our 9 mm Wide Mouth Vials and Closures are our recommended screw thread vials. These vials are autosampler compatible and offer a 40% larger opening than 8-425 thread vials, simplifying pipetting and other routine functions. The 8mm hplc vial is a standard sample vial for GC/HPLC, designed for various autosamplers that require narrow-mouth sample vials. The PTFE layer of Aijiren’s 20mm PTFE Septa composite diaphragm is in contact with the reagent. It is chemically inert, resistant to acids, alkalis, temperature and adhesion. The V-bottom design of the high recovery vials produced by Aijiren is to minimize the residual reagents in the vial, and the automatic injection needle can be directly inserted into the bottom to suck up the reagents. It is often used in experiments where reagents are precious or in rare quantities.

The 0.3ml micro-insert produced by Aijiren has a specification of 31*6mm and a flat bottom. It can be applied to Aijiren’s 2ml hplc vials. It is usually used for experiments when samples are scarce, or when samples are more precious.

The reagent bottle produced by Aijiren has a low thermal expansion coefficient (3.3), which provides far better heat resistance than standard laboratory glass (or soda lime glass). Aijiren glass can withstand temperatures from -70 to 500°C, so it can be reused in freezers, microwave ovens, autoclaves and dry heat sterilizers.
