Hydrophilic nylon membranes have extremely low levels of extractables and contain no wetting agents. They offer good chemical resistance and are ideal for aqueous and most organic samples. Filters are Triton-free and have a bidirectional membrane support and luer lock inlet/outlet for a secure fit to the syringe. Polypropylene is incompatible with cyclohexane, ether, dichlorobenzene, pentane, methylene chloride and trichlorobenzene. It is recommended to use gas, disinfectant or autoclave to sterilize products made of polypropylene. The maximum operating temperature is 135¡ãC.
