Aijiren disposable cellulose acetate(CA) syringe filter devices are designed to provide clear filterate of aqueous and organic solutionsfrom small volumes up to 100 mL.

Aijiren’s sterile syringe filter has a bidirectional diaphragm support and Luer lock inlet/outlet, which can be securely mounted on the syringe. The type and pore size of the membrane are printed on each filter for easy identification. All Aijiren syringe filters are 100% integrity tested and manufactured according to ISO 9002 standards. The sterile filter is sterilized by gamma radiation. They are proven to be pyrogen-free, non-cytotoxic, and are blister packs.

The reinforcement ring can provide greater strength to the shell to prevent leakage and bursting (30mm product pressure is rated at 120 psi). The shell is made of solvent-resistant, low-extraction polypropylene resin, specifically selected for wide compatibility with common HPLC sample matrices. The solution can be filtered at temperatures up to 100¡ãC, which is convenient and easy to use.

PVDF syringe filters are made of hydrophilic PVDF membrane and a polypropylene overmold housing. Available in 13 mm and 25 mm diameters and 0.22 μm and 0.45 μm pore sizes.

Polypropylene is compatible with acetone, ethyl acetate, methanol, isobutyl alcohol, methanol, and methyl ethyl ketone. Polypropylene is incompatible with cyclohexane, ethers, dichlorobenzene, pentanes, methylene chloride, and trichlorobenzene. Gas, disinfectants or autoclave are recommended to sterilize products made of polypropylene. Maximum temperature use is 135¡ãC.
