The 9mm hplc vial provided by Aijiren has a high recovery type, which can effectively recover samples and reduce sample residues. This high recovery 9mm hplc vial is made of extremely inert borosilicate hydrochloric acid glass, which is not easy to react with chemical reagents.

The non-pre-slit septas help to reduce carryover from vial to vial because the resealing characteristics of the septum act as a squeegee to wipe solution from the outside of the needle. Typically, a non-slit septum exhibits resealing capabilities for a limited number of needle punctures but for long-term storage in the vial, using a new non-punctured septum is best practice.

Teflon and silicone rubber or ultra-pure silicone are used as raw materials to ensure that the septa are non-toxic; to ensure excellent functions, it is particularly suitable for gas chromatography, and to ensure that the septum does not fall into the sample vial during the injection process

High recovery Vials are manufactured from heavy wall, low extractable, borosilicate glass providing excellent chemical resistance and durability during packaging and transportation.

Screw thread vials and caps provide low evaporation, reusability, less hand injury during manipulation than crimp seals and require no special tools. All screw threads vials and caps are differentiated by their thread finish as defined by the Glass Packaging Institute, GPI. For screw thread vials, a two part number is assigned. For example, 8-425 neck finish represents a vial with a diameter of 8 mm across the outside of the threads and a thread style of 425. Screw thread vials and caps are more expensive than crimp seals.

Caps for screw thread vials are available with either an open hole for autosampler use and standard addition or with a solid top for sample storage. One piece polypropylene cap and membrane are also available. These pierceable screw thread caps are designed for one time use and reduce sample preparation time as there is no cap and seal to assemble.

Polypropylene caps are known for good impact strength, cost effectiveness, and pliability. They can be remelted after they are formed. Aijiren Polypropylene cap is widely used in chromatography analysis.

Caps with solid PE liners offer good chemical resistance and low moisture vapor transmission rate and is great for nail polish remover and higher concentration acids & alkalis. Good for non-oil products filled at room temperature. Because this lining system is paperless, your samples will not be contaminated with fiber or paper particles from the closure.
