Aijiren Syringe Filter is a comprehensive range of non-sterile disposable syringe filters for reliable sample pre-treatment. Reproducible membrane quality and automated manufacturing processes ensure particles are removed from all samples, extending the life of analytical columns and minimizing injection port and valve damage. The Aijiren syringe filter is available in 0.22um and 0.45um porosity, 4, 13, 25 and 30mm diameters.

Generally speaking, 0.45 ¦Ìm pore size is suitable for removing particles from samples or the mobile phase solution of chromatography equipment, and 0.22 ¦Ìm is suitable for filtering microorganisms.

Aijiren syringe filter membrane use method introduction: before inhaling the sample, suck about 1ml of air into the syringe, so as to minimize the liquid residue, suck the sample into the syringe, invert the syringe and clear all the residues on the top Clean, connect the needle filter to the syringe, tighten it gently to ensure a good seal, filter the sample in the syringe and inject it into the sample bottle, and then follow the steps to maximize the recovery rate, remove the filter, and suck air into the syringe, Reconnect the filter head and eject all residual samples.

Instructions for use and precautions:
1. It must be used with disposable syringes and glass syringes. The interface is standard. Put the needle filter on the syringe first, then pour the liquid into the syringe, press the push rod down, and collect the filtered liquid.
2. Do not use a syringe smaller than 10cc, because the small-volume column may cause the pressure to exceed the upper limit and cause damage to the filter membrane.
3. Only for laboratory use, one-time use, non-renewable.
4. The filtrate at the beginning of the part should be discarded. The volume is about the dead volume of the filter. Taking 25mm as an example, discard the first 1mL filtrate; or pre-clean the filter with 1 to 2mL of solution.

PTFE is hydrophobic and needs to be pre-wetted before being used with aqueous solvents. Used for: corrosive solvents, strong acids, alcohols, alkalis, aromatic hydrocarbons. Not suitable for: water-based samples.

Aijiren PVDF filters are high defined pore structure, low nonspecific binding, compatible with organic and aqueous solvents. Please note that Hydrophilic PVDF syringe filters are not compatible with majority of strong acids and caustic solutions, such as dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethylformamide (DMF), acetone, ketones, esters, and ethers.

Polypropylene (PP) is recommended for one time use only with low vapor transmission. Polypropylene is a rigid plastic that is translucent. At room temperature, polypropylene exhibits excellent chemical resistance to acids, alcohols, and bases. Polypropylene is compatible with acetone, ethyl acetate, methanol, isobutyl alcohol, methanol, and methyl ethyl ketone. Polypropylene is incompatible with cyclohexane, ethers, dichlorobenzene, pentanes, methylene chloride, and trichlorobenzene.

In chromatographic experiments, the sample is placed on the chromatographic column for analysis after the sampler is injected. However, the inner core of the sampler and the chromatographic column is relatively thin. PTFE filters can also be used to prevent moisture from passing through the vents.
