Aijiren produces inserts for selected samples with 2ml hplc vial. Precision point inserts can minimize residual sample loss. Tightening the blade is an economical choice for non-critical applications. The conical botton is more frequently used, and the bottom of the cone is more convenient to suck reagents.

When used with 12 x 32 mm autosampler vials, the micro vial insert allows maximum sample recovery and easier sample removal. This is because their conical shape reduces the surface area inside the vial. The micro vial insert can be used with screw vials, crimp vials or snap vials.
