The 18mm Screw Headspace Vials are designed specifically for headspace analysis, a technique used to analyze volatile compounds in a sample. The vials accommodate the headspace sampling process, which involves collecting and analyzing the gas phase above a sample, providing accurate and representative results

Aijiren’s 4ml HPLC Vial is made of borosilicate hydrochloric acid glass with high inertness. Amber glass can protect light-sensitive samples from the influence of sunlight. The vial made of this glass can also avoid corrosion by chemical reagents.

Autosampler Vials for GC and HPLC are typically grouped according to the diameter of the vial, the height of the vial, and the thread finish. Both clear glass and amber glass are highly inert. Amber glass protects sensitive natural samples by avoiding exposure to UV rays. Storage Vial is supplied by Aijiren. These vials are pre-sterilized and have a capacity of 60ml. These vials can be used for storing biological material, human and animal cells. The cap is provided with a built-in seal ring which makes the vial leakproof. The base of the vial has longitudinal grooves which gives it a non-twisting character when placed in a vial rack.

The Aijiren 15x45mm vials have a 13-425 GPI thread and can hold up to 4ml of sample. Use the 13 x 425 caps with septa for use as sample vials and with diffusion caps for wash vials. With closed top screw seals, these vials can also be used as storage vials.

Screw-top vials also come in different sizes, with vial caps made of either aluminum for crimp seals or plastic. Amber glass vials are available in 2 ml volume with a screw top. Inserts work in conjunction with any autosampler and fit either standard or wide openings vials.
