Aijiren’s popular product, Headspace Vial, has two types: Screw Neck and Crimp Neck. The worker in the picture is packing the headspace Vial after it has been produced. After labeling the product, an outer packaging is required. This is multi-layered packaging. It can absorb shock to prevent Headspace Vial from being damaged due to bumps during transportation.

All of Aijiren vials are excellently fitted for autosamplers and have good chemical compatibility and super cleanliness. The crimp top sample vial is the most commonly used gas sampling vial on the market at present. 2ml volume sample vial especially suitable for laboratory use. At the same time, some vial bottoms are designed with round bottoms, so that it has a flat bottoming function and compatibility with automatic sampling equipment.

Instructions for use and precautions:
1. It must be used with disposable syringes and glass syringes. The interface is standard. Put the needle filter on the syringe first, then pour the liquid into the syringe, press the push rod down, and collect the filtered liquid.
2. Do not use a syringe smaller than 10cc, because the small-volume column may cause the pressure to exceed the upper limit and cause damage to the filter membrane.
3. Only for laboratory use, one-time use, non-renewable.
4. The filtrate at the beginning of the part should be discarded. The volume is about the dead volume of the filter. Taking 25mm as an example, discard the first 1mL filtrate; or pre-clean the filter with 1 to 2mL of solution.

The Crimp Vial produced by Aijiren has a standard 11.6x32mm shape and is compatible with 11mm aluminum sealing caps. Hand Crimper is required for crimp sealing and Decrimper for unsealing. Aijiren provides supporting 11mm Hand Crimper and Decrimper, which are easy to operate and well sealed.

The 13-425 provided by Aijiren is made of high-quality borosilicate glass. The transparent glass can clearly see the sample and the state of the sample in Vias, and can more intuitively understand the color contrast and sample change. The lid of 13-425 is Screw Thread. This kind of lid facilitates the sealing operation of HPLC Vial.

Snap Vials are manufactured from Type 1 borosilicate glass(Class A, 33 expansion borosilicate glass), available in clear or amber, or from Polypropylene. Snap Vials accept both an Aluminum Snap Seal as well as a Polyethylene Snap Cap. Excellent for short term storage. Deactivation, MS Certification is also available.
