Headspace vials are available in clear or amber glass with a round or flat base, a crimp seal with a beveled or square edge finish, or with a screw-thread finish. Aijiren Headspace Vials feature rounded shoulders and bottoms, allowing for even heating and safer operation at higher pressures. The newly designed top provides a tighter seal with your septa. Vials are manufactured from Type I borosilicate glass and accept 20 mm aluminum seals.

The 20mm septum is made of PTFE/silicone fusion, which has excellent inertness and can be used for multiple injections. The thickness is 3mm, and PTFE is about 0.08mm. The cap of the clamp-top empty bottle is made of metal aluminum

The optional capacity is 10ml 20ml, the specifications are: 22.5*46mm, 22.5*75mm, and two colorless and brown headspace vials are provided.

10ml Crimp Top Headspace Vial has a very good seal and can be used for volatile samples, but it needs to be used with 20mm Hand Crimper to seal the vials, and when opening the lid, it needs to be sealed with 20mm Hand Decrimper.
